With awareness and integrity, I guide my client on their health journey, and together we embrace positive changes.
Valiente Fitness and Nutrition truly started out 17 years ago when I started my fitness journey. It began as a desire to look better and compete in bodybuilding shows in the figure category. It took on a life of its own and grew into me mastering my physique and health. In so doing, I became motivated to help others achieve their health and fitness potential with tailored Nutritional advice and training routines, that focus on achieving and maintaining their physical and mental health.
I guide people to become their best selves through making healthy positive choices in nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle.
I offer Nutritional consulting, Personal training and custom training routines that can be tailored to the gym or your home dependent on the clients needs and comfort level. I offer in person yoga classes as well as private classes on request. I can also customize plans that include all services as required for any client’s specific needs.
My focus is not only on baby boomers and fitness folk but also on anyone ready to commit to elevating their vibrations in this world.
